Remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the App.
- Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in and to the App (including any and all copyrightable material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, service marks, and other proprietary and intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or its licensors.
- Termination
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately and automatically without any notice from the Company if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App.
- Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
- Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting the modified Agreement on the App or elsewhere. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
